As an exclusive private members club with a prestigious heritage our very reasonable conference charges often come as a bit of a surprise to professional conference and meeting organisers.   

Conference & Meeting Day Guest (20+ Guests)  - £60

• Use of main meeting room
• 3 servings of tea, coffee and biscuits
• 2-course lunch, a finger or fork, buffet
• Juice & mineral water served with lunch
• Water, cordials & sweets during meeting
• Pens & paper
• Ample free car parking
• VAT

Conference & Meeting Residential Guest (10+ Guests) – From £225

 As detailed above, with the addition of:

• 3-course dinner with coffee and handmade chocolates
• Overnight accommodation in one of our country house style bedrooms
• Full English breakfast
• An early morning tour of the world famous Newmarket training grounds or a private visit to one of Newmarket’s many famous training yards.  This is subject to availability and a supplement of £20.00 per person.

Room Hire Only

Alternatively all rooms can be booked on a room hire only basis and we can tailor your event according to your specific requirements.
